We love beauty and something special! That’s why we set up IL SOGNO for you with the following labels, among others: Driade, SMEG, Alessi, Lorenzo Villoresi Firenze, Marshall, Nardi and Rosini. Fantastico!

Location: wonderfully located directly in front of the lake and the Promenades, within walking distance from the town centre. A majestic central position with gorgeous view. Between the lake and the apartment passes the so-called “Gardesana”, the wonderful panoramic street connecting the various small towns at the lakeshores.

Loyal.corner: in our Loyal.corner you find a selection of high-quality goodies strictly “made in Italy”: pasta “Felicetti”, tomato sauce from Naples, grissini by “Mario Fingo”, wine of the Lake Garda region, beer brewed in Sardinia, olives of Tuscany. We trust you: simply help yourself and put the money according to price list in the apposite box.

From € 390 per night
(up to 4 people)

Surcharges:

Fifth person: for a fifth adult/child we charge € 30,- per night.
Tourist tax: the tourist tax amounts to € 1,00 per person and day.

Further information:

Minimum stay: 7 nights
Check-in / check-out: only Sundays
Cleaning during the week: on Thursday between 10am and 1pm
Night silence: from 11pm
Parties: not allowed
Infinity pool: from April to mid-October (depending on the weather!)

On request:

Baby crib and children highchair
Long-term stays (over 3 weeks) or winter tariffs
Well-behaved, house-trained dogs: € 25,- per night without food. Dogs cannot access the pool area!

Terms and Conditions:

At the moment of the booking a 50% prepayment is required.
The rest is due 14 days prior arrival. We will charge it on your credit card. The day of arrival we will send you the code to open the garage door.
You can cancel your booking up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty. However we will charge euro 50 as service fee.
If the booking is cancelled from 30 – 15 days prior to arrival, the prepayment will not be refunded.
If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date, or in the case of a no show, the full value of the reservation will be charged.
In case of late arrival or early departure no refund will be granted.
Your apartment is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

We strongly advise our guests to take out travel insurance against unforeseen cancellations.
